People who have been diagnosed with conditions like Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Migraines, Menieres, vertigo or dizziness have had to put up with symptoms that interrupt their lifestyle and make it hard for them to enjoy life. There has not been much that can help them except some medications that alleviate some symptoms or decrease pain but do they deal with the cause of the problem? Not usually.
Some experience pain for years have such severe symptoms they need to go to bed to heal, not able to continue with daily activities. Some keep going but they have pain that varies in intensity. For others, pain and other symptoms can be constant.

Personal Tuning for Fibromyalgia and Migraines is a self help technique invented by a Physiotherapist and two Rheumatologists. It has helped thousands of people improve or overcome chronic pain and other symptoms. It can act like a preventative, dealing with 3 major causes of these kind of symptoms.
This is NOT just deep breathing exercises, it is very different.
The gentle breathing and movement/exercise (while lying down) helps to circulate more oxygenated blood up into the brain and down into the body.
The brain and body receives oxygen and nutrients from the blood.
There are 3 reasons the brain is not getting enough oxygen.
1. Long term stress can cause shallow breathing which can reduce oxygen in the blood, therefore into the brain.
2. Poor posture or whiplash can cause constriction of some of the blood vessels up the neck that lead to the brain which can mean less oxygen gets to the back of the brain.
3. The Circle of Willis takes blood from the front of the brain to the back. Alot of people have a compromised Circle of Willis. Put this problem with number 2 above and you start having the kind of symptoms seen in Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue, Vertigo, Dizziness etc. Add in number 1 to the mix and the symptoms can be more severe.
Personal Tuning can help with 1 and 2 above and make the symptoms less or no longer a problem.
Pain and Cramping in the Body
When the brain has restricted blood supply for a long time, to try to get more blood up to the brain, it causes constriction of blood vessels and cramping in the body. Poor posture and whiplash can also cause pooling of lymph that needs to be filtered and blood that needs to be replenished with oxygen in the brain. Pooling of lymph and blood in the brain causes pressure that leads to headaches and dizziness.
NB The brain is getting some oxygenated blood, otherwise a person would faint, just not as much as it should.
Stress can cause shallow breathing and cramping in the intestinal muscles and keep you in sympathetic fight and flight dominance, causing the kind of symptoms we see in Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Migraines Vertigo, etc.
